I began my journey at Tekwissen in the Service delivery team. I was new to the staffing industry but had the zeal to learn the tricks of the trade. I was welcomed warmly by Ram who introduced the rest of the team. Thereafter, I met Julie & Bill who made me feel very welcome and at home. It helped knowing certain colleagues like Rajanish & Suraj from before and Venkat, Manohar, Kiran helped during the transition to a large extent. I realized that the Tekwissen team is extremely helpful and would assist at every call for help. After few years, I transitioned from Service Delivery to Operations, this gave me the opportunity to work and learn from subject matter experts who I can only refer to as my role models for their speedy approach of finding the right talent and also building relationships with client POC’s. After a year in Operations now I can now transition between an Operations Manager role and Program Specialist with ease. I have heard a lot of positive feedback about Tekwissen and it makes me proud to be associated with the organization. Not only are we admired for the work that we put into a source for quality staff, but we are also admired for our multiple credentials and work we have put into giving back to the community, our charitable contributions, and our strong pro-LGBTQ engagement and diverse staffing goals. This has proved to be an incredible company to work for owned by incredible people who truly care about making a difference in the industry and in the lives of many.
