Hey Folks!! I was a bit nervous on my first day at TekWissen as I was totally new to the line of business. Previously,I’ve been into Banking industry and IT product support. This was my first stint in the Staffing industry and I must admit, I was thinking if I made the right choice. My role as a Program Specialist was straight forward and it went on for almost 21 months. That’s when, Venkat Jyothi Swaroop approached me and asked me if I would be interested in moving on to the operations side of the business. Without thinking twice, I agreed and that was the new Beginning.. Every day is a new challenge and the way we manage it matters a lot. The management here has been very supportive and considerate. Employees are always given that extra bit of cushion to get the best out of them. TekWissen has evolved tremendously in the past couple of years by adapting to the latest industry trends. Thanks to the Senta Brothers for all their efforts in gathering industry insights and making it part of the company’s roadmap to stay ahead. As TekWissenites, we have a long way to go and I am very positive about the new horizons that are yet to be conquered. The journey so far has been very exciting for me and am looking forward to exploring new avenues at TekWissen. |
