Hello TekWissen! I am Mary Williams, and I joined TekWissen in February 2023 as the RPO Lead Recruiter for Vestas. With over 10 years of recruiting experience within the staffing industry, I connect with people and build brands. This account leadership has been quite a journey. Building trust with the hiring managers and the TA team took some work, but once Vestas realized that I was leaving them well cared for, our relationship only really took off. They relied on me more for tasks and deliverables beyond my scope, and I always did everything in my power to help or teach them through the process. My effective communication and organizational skills have helped maintain positive relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other team members. Some personal facts about me: I love new experiences and facing new challenges. My goal is to have a positive impact on the world. I am driven to be impactful with my life so that I can help others. When I can affect someone's life in a positive way, that is when I thrive most. I got married this April and began fostering a child. I am also a proud grandmother to an adorable grandchild. I view myself as a beautiful soul, seeing good everywhere in everything and in everyone. I am full of enthusiasm for my work and find it hugely satisfying. Indeed, I am so blessed to be part of such an amazing organization and team. Keeping positive and enjoying my work certainly transfers positivity in others. I feel so elated to find a work environment that values work-life balance, which for me is remarkably close to my heart.
