I am glad that my first work experience was at TEKWISSEN. I joined the organization in May 2011, and 11 years have flown by since then. In just a few more days, I will complete my 12th year. Over the course of this time, I have enjoyed the freedom to just be myself and explore my passions. Throughout it all, the leaders and my colleagues have always valued my individuality and empowered me to make an impact. I have always enjoyed working with each one of you, and I am proud of how we have grown as professionals and colleagues! I can't thank TEKWISSEN enough for the environment where you always get to work closely with the founders and leaders to be able to get an unprecedented look into the realities of the business. I had the opportunity to work across multiple diverse teams and understand the nuances of the business from different perspectives. There is never a dull day. I am glad that we are a team of original thinkers who work together to conduct our own research, determine the best methods for the business, and complete our own tasks under the guidance of our leaders. It's always an honor to put their guidance into practice every day. More than a company, we are now a community focused on the development, flexibility, and well-being of each other. While your development journey is very much up to you, TEKWISSEN has always been investing in programs and supportive learning culture to provide the right kind of environment for us to grow. As part of these efforts, we have also recently been introduced to our online library of learning resources, which is definitely a big step towards an employee-first culture. Everyone has dreams for the future, and I have always seen TEKWISSEN supporting us with the tools to discover our potential. I highly feel that it’s time for us all to come up with a common vision and to work conjointly in establishing and maintaining a good corporate reputation. |
