You all know me as Monika Vurla, who has been with our company since October 2016. I reflect on my journey into recruitment—a true adventure for me, coming from a healthcare background. Stepping into this organization was an adventure in itself. I had never anticipated working here, having come from a healthcare background. In the beginning, I had many questions and much curiosity about what lay ahead in the coming years. Fortunately, I received tremendous support throughout the process, with colleagues guiding and sometimes challenging me. Little did I know that I would remain with this company for longer period, experiencing love, inspiration, motivation, as well as the inevitable difficulties. Our leaders have consistently been my armor, pulling me through moments of doubt and demotivation. Reflecting on my growth, I entered TekWissen® with minimal knowledge but now stand enriched with vast ocean-like learnings and experiences. As I embark on the next phase of my career, I carry with me enhanced leadership skills, mentoring capabilities, and a visionary outlook.
