My Five-Year Journey from Junior to DBMS Lead at TekWissen My time at TekWissen has been nothing short of transformative, filled with countless learning opportunities, personal growth, and valuable contributions to the company's success. When I first joined TekWissen in April 2019 as a Frontend Coordinator, I was eager yet apprehensive about what lay ahead. However, the supportive environment and nurturing culture quickly put me at ease. Despite initial challenges and uncertainties, I found myself surrounded by colleagues who were eager to share their expertise and support my professional development. Their guidance and encouragement were instrumental in helping me navigate my role and build a solid foundation for growth. As I settled into my responsibilities, I seized the opportunity to transition into Database Management Systems (DBMS), under the mentorship of my manager, Venkat Sir. His unwavering support and guidance propelled me on a journey of skill acquisition and personal growth. With each new challenge in DBMS, I honed my technical abilities and problem-solving skills, gaining confidence in my capabilities along the way. TekWissen's commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning further accelerated my growth trajectory.
