I am Giridhar, a recruiter with 15 years of experience in IT and non-IT recruitment. I believe that finding a motivating job and a workplace where you enjoy going to in the mornings is essential, as we spend at least one third of our adult life at work. I am passionate about the recruiter profession because it allows me to meet new people, help others find their dream jobs, and work in a competitive environment. These factors keep me motivated and drive me to do my best work. I have been with TekWissen since January 2023, and I am grateful to the management for their belief in me. I have also come to appreciate the work culture, friendly colleagues, and mentoring leaders at TekWissen.
