Hello! I’m Cecilia Spencer, Senior HR Generalist based in the Ann Arbor, Michigan, corporate office. I’ve been part of the TekWissen team for 3 years and have enjoyed it very much. The work is challenging, the team is hard-working and supportive, and the leadership is sincere and encouraging. It is truly a pleasure to work for a company that cares so much for the community within the company as well as without. I also serve on our Giving Back Committee where we plan and implement local community outreach events, which benefit important community partners such as Safe House Center, Food Gatherers, and the Humane Society. TekWissen leadership supports our plans and works side-side-side with us to help these fantastic organizations. I enjoy providing Human Resources services to both our corporate team as well as our contingent workforce across the U.S. and Canada. Employment practices and laws are ever-changing, which makes for a very interesting job. The TekWissen Team always pulls together to help both the company as well as the individual associates succeed! |
