It has been an amazing first few months with the TekWissen group! In all honesty, at first, I was slightly apprehensive at the thought of joining a global organization with offices spanning across most continents. I felt communication and collaboration might be impacted. On the contrary, it has been an amazing experience collaborating with like-minded professionals globally who share the same vision of healthy growth through hard work and integrity, as well as a collective mindset of helping each other regardless of remits or job titles. It’s refreshing to experience the "startup" feel despite the organization being 14+ years old and 500+ strong. I was given the opportunity to meet the senior leadership team upon joining, as well as all the teams including sales, service, tech, and delivery. All of the leadership team relayed the same message to me - their door is open for support, guidance and feedback on an ongoing basis. Upon immersing myself in product knowledge I quickly learned that TekWissen are much more than a staffing agency, with a portfolio of solutions ranging from contingent/perm staffing, flexi/RPO, back-end / tech support, consulting, SOW etc. I have been particularly impressed with the dynamic approach to business, creating bespoke solutions based on client challenges. In an era where remote flexible working has grown exponentially, and businesses have the opportunity to tap into quality talent globally, however, accessing and Employing this talent pool can prove to be a challenge. TekWissen are well placed to assist organizations in tapping into top talent globally quickly without compromising quality. I also love the flexibility and scalability of the hybrid delivery model, which allows organizations to augment their internal TA teams by adding our seasoned flex recruiters at great value without unnecessary long-term commitment. |
