My name is Srinivas R T and I am currently working as an Assistant Manager- Recruitment with Tekwissen. It has been close to 4 years since I joined this wonderful organization, which I consider nothing less than my second home. I started my journey with Tekwissen as a Technical Program Lead and it had been an ongoing learning experience for me until today. In my current role, I am responsible for managing the operational aspects of delivery to the client base that I support, along with my team members (who are located both domestically and internationally) Every team member/ account/ project, that I have had an opportunity to work with Tekwissen, shares a sense of Ownership, Responsibility, and Purpose in whatever role/ capacity they are on. The projects assigned are challenging and the management strives hard to provide a healthy yet competitive work environment to all its employees. Here managers trust their employees to work hard and make good decisions, employees trust business leaders to support and guide them, and colleagues trust each other to work towards common goals, which is another important factor in my liking for Tekwissen and its culture. The management here is too kind and never shy away from naming the fruits of the success of this organization as the hard work of its employees. The management has an Open-door policy where we can freely share our ideas, as it makes us feel motivated and valued. Another important aspect of my respect and gratitude towards this amazing company is the work-life balance that it offers because unless we have the chance to spend time with family and friends and pursue hobbies, we will not feel mentally/ physically ready to face a new workday. Overall, I really like the people, process, culture, engagement activities, care, flexibility and growth opportunities that Tekwissen offers which would certainly act as a solid foundation to anyone, willing to join this wonderful organization which is 100% poised for growth in the long run. |
