PRIYANKA DAS (Deputy Manager) |
It amazes me to think back to the day I started my professional career after graduating from college. I had no idea about the staffing business and its complexities at the time. To be honest, I didn't choose this career route; it just happened. However, I was confident in my communication abilities, which I thought would be useful in this job. As a woman, I had a fair amount of challenges along the way starting with relocating from a different state, adjusting to a fairly conservative community being a bachelor female employee, and working in night shift has not been easy. Nevertheless, I was fortunate to have an amazing second family consisting of my colleagues, superiors, and the three Senta brothers. During my tenure here, I have been fortunate enough to collaborate with exceptional individuals who have imparted valuable skills and facilitated my professional and personal growth. Additionally, I have been able to don various hats, which have allowed me to demonstrate my abilities and make significant contributions to the organization. I value the company's efforts to promote diversity and inclusivity as a female employee. Having witnessed firsthand the advantages of a diverse workforce, I am proud to work for a business that values this aspect. Having said that, I acknowledge that there is still much work to be accomplished in terms of gender equality in the workplace. As a woman who has been a part of this organization for a decade, I believe that I possess a distinctive perspective on the challenges and opportunities that women face in the workplace. I am committed to leveraging my voice and experience to support gender I express my gratitude for the past decade and eagerly anticipate continuing to contribute to the success of this company for years to come. It took 10 years to become an overnight success: A lot of time must be spent breaking through into an industry before anyone knows who you are, so be patient – there’s no such thing as a quick win. im high: The higher you aim the further you’ll reach, so don’t set the bar too low. Be afraid: There’s nothing wrong with this. We find fear is crippling but use it in a positive way to propel you. |
