I am Jnanchand Seelamanthula, and I began my professional journey after completing my Master’s in Structural Engineering, stepping into the dynamic world of recruitment with TekWissen in October 2019. Since then, it has been a continuous learning experience understanding recruitment step by step, adapting to evolving industry trends, and consistently improving my skills to deliver meaningful results. At TekWissen, I’ve had the opportunity to work across multiple US client verticals, domestic recruitment, and diverse recruitment processes. Each challenge strengthened my problem-solving abilities and shaped me into a more result-oriented professional. The guidance, support, and knowledge shared by my colleagues played a crucial role in this growth, and I am deeply grateful to everyone who has supported me from day one. Like any meaningful journey, there were ups and downs. I learned valuable lessons along the way, handled challenges with patience and calm, and always maintained a positive mindset. These experiences led to several memorable milestones, including being at the top of the leaderboard in 2020 along with Highest number of starts in September 2020, APEX Award 2022, R&R Q3 2024, and R&R Q1 & Q2 2025 achievements I truly cherish.
