Hi TekWissenites, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! I am Sairam Pokala, leading delivery for the UK market at Tekwissen. Although my journey with Tekwissen is still at an early stage, I joined with strong expectations to accelerate growth, and my leaders have clearly defined the path forward. There is always a learning curve, especially in the vast and dynamic world of recruitment and I continue to embrace it every day. My leaders, James,Venkat and Sandhya have placed their trust in me and consistently supported me through every challenge, which has been truly motivating. My team is my core strength.
