Michael Thodety – Navigating Growth with Purpose at TekWissen Hi, I’m Michael Thodety, and I’m excited to share a bit about my journey here at TekWissen. It’s been four incredible years since I joined the company in 2021, and looking back, I’m genuinely proud of how far I’ve come and grateful for all of them who helped me get here. When I first started, I was new to the industry. I came in as a Program Lead, eager to learn and ready to roll up my sleeves. TekWissen didn’t just give me a job, it gave me a launchpad. From day one, I was surrounded by leaders who were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive. They took the time to guide me, challenge me, and help me grow. One of the things I admire most about TekWissen is its people-first culture. Here, leadership isn’t just about driving results—it’s about building trust, encouraging growth, and creating space for ideas to thrive. Whether it’s tackling a tough project or navigating career goals, I’ve always felt heard and supported. Now, as a Program Manager, I see how much that early investment paid off. I’ve had the chance to lead initiatives, collaborate across teams, and contribute to outcomes that really matter.
