Hi I'm Gwendoline Quintal, and I must say It's the best choice I've ever made. To return to this incredible firm in March this year, this May will mark my second month working here as an Executive Assistant, and I'm really proud to talk about my two terrific years working for this incredible company. I started working at TekWissen in 2021 and Left in 2023, I had worked as a Teacher and a Voice and Accent Assessor before, but I had no prior expertise in recruitment. After working as a recruiter, I advanced to client engagement, and finally, I was a Voice Coach at TekWissen. I knew nothing at all about the industry when I first started. In addition to providing me with a job, TekWissen gave me the opportunity to start my career from scratch. I must give credit to Purandhar Rayudu, my training, guidance, and practical experience were unparalleled. In addition, the managers here did more than just give me assignment; they gave me the freedom to learn, comprehend, and Venkat Swaroop and Sandeep helped me grow into the professional I am today. Additionally, I want to express my gratitude to the three Senta brothers—Manish sir, Rajeev sir, and Sanjeev sir—for providing me with this wonderful opportunity to work for this incredible company. TekWissen's people-centric culture is what makes it unique. Our leaders genuinely think that brilliance should be nurtured. They take the time to comprehend the difficulties we encounter, offering answers and support instead of condemnation. Helping people achieve their professional and personal goals is just as important as meeting company objectives. It's never lonely at TekWissen. Here, the leadership actually listens, mentors, and motivates. An environment where everyone feels appreciated and invention flourishes has been established by the collaborative atmosphere, encouraging peers. As an Executive Assistant now, I reflect on my path with much pride and appreciation. TekWissen has provided me with opportunities that are unmatched, and without the outstanding leadership and sense of teamwork that characterize this company, I could not have grown as much as I have. I've always maintained that TekWissen is a family, not just a place of employment.
