Hi, I’m Emerald! I’ve had the pleasure of being a part of TekWissen for about 5 months, and I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to work with such a supportive team and dynamic environment. Outside of work, I’m love trying new foods, traveling, and going to concerts.. I hold a degree in Psychology and pursued my Master’s in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University. After graduating, I began my professional career in HR as a Generalist, focusing on onboarding and expatriate processes. My goal has always been to work for a company that values human connection, which is what drew me to TekWissen. TekWissen emphasizes a people-first culture, and since joining, I’ve had the opportunity to expand my HR skills and improve my communication abilities. The collaborative environment here has been invaluable, and I’m thankful to Cecilia, Rob, and Allyson for making my transition smooth. They are truly an amazing team, and I continue to learn from them every day! Looking ahead, I’m interested in earning my HR certification and continuing to grow both professionally and personally. I’m excited about the future and contributing to the team’s success, building lasting relationships, and making a positive impact on the company and beyond. |
