My name is Archna Pandey, and I hold a Master’s degree in Economics, along with a certification in A Level (PGDCA) from the National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology. Driven by curiosity, I expanded my knowledge by learning programming languages such as SAP – ABAP and Java, which has further enriched my skill set. In addition to my academic and professional pursuits, I have a deep passion for classical dance, particularly Kathak. This passion led me to successfully complete my Prabhakar (equivalent to graduation) in Kathak alongside my studies. My professional journey with TekWissen began 10 and a half years ago, on June 2nd, 2014, when I joined as a Human Resource Generalist. This marked the start of an exciting career path, and I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunities that followed. I started my career as a fresh graduate, which was a challenge but also an exciting new chapter. Within just a few months, I took on more responsibilities and transitioned into the role of Human Resource Manager for all TekWissen entities. Over the years, I developed a deep passion for my work, particularly specializing in US HR, Onboarding. Fast forward three years, and I was presented with the opportunity to dive into the realm of Immigration. Over the years, I’ve continued to grow and learn, always taking on new challenges with enthusiasm. The journey has been incredible, Currently, as the Data Audit Compliance Lead (External), I am responsible for overseeing Client Audits and ensuring Data Compliance, ensuring that all records are reconciled and meet the required standards. These past 10 plus years have been pivotal, and I am truly grateful for the trust and support I have received from the management. Many changes to strengthen our organizational culture and set an example of being a great place to work for women. While working night shifts has never been easy, I am motivated by the safe, supportive environment at TekWissen, which has been especially empowering for me as working mum. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to my supportive family and the management team, especially the Senta Brothers, for their unwavering support. What truly sets TekWissen apart is the sense of community and camaraderie, something I hold dear. I look forward to the many milestones yet to come. |
