This is Asif Syed, Program Lead at Tekwissen. During the last 5 years that I have been here I must say it has been a fantastic experience filled with personal and technical growth, learning and collaborative working. Since its inspanning, Tekwissen has created an enabling environment that nurtures all its employees and inspires its people to give of their best.. One aspect that is particularly rewarding in my position at Tekwissen is the organization’s concerted focus on teamwork and innovation. Our leadership team extends this sharing of information and transparency through Hemant, Akash, Susanth, and Imran and they always welcome feedback, suggestions, and thoughts from every single employee, regardless of their title. This cultivates an environment where ideas can thrive, benefiting the organization as well as personal growth. Tekwissen is commended for its focus on employee growth. Regular training sessions, mentorship programs, and unique projects are part of the work culture here, giving an immense opportunity to grow and develop the skills. The past five years have been an eye-opening adventure, transforming not only what I do for work, but who I am as a person.
