My Amazing Journey at TekWissen: From Lead Trainer to Assistant Manager Hi, I am Kranthi Kiran and today I proudly hold the position of Assistant Manager in the Learning & Development (L&D) team at TekWissen. As I reflect on my incredible two-year journey with this dynamic company, I feel a deep sense of achievement and gratitude for how much I have grown both professionally and personally. When I first joined TekWissen as a Lead Trainer, I was stepping into new and uncharted territory. The challenge of training batch after batch of fresh talent was both exciting and, at times, overwhelming. I had to quickly learn how to create training strategies that were not only engaging but also adaptable to different learning styles. With every group of trainees, I refined my methods and it became so rewarding to witness their progress. Their growth mirrored my own and their success fueled my passion even further. Being in the L&D department has been such a fulfilling experience. It’s not just about training it’s about empowering people. I have had the opportunity to design training modules that break down complex processes into simple, digestible steps, helping trainees understand the “what” and more importantly, the “why” behind their roles. Watching them evolve from unsure new hires to confident, capable professionals has been the highlight of my journey.One thing that stands out at TekWissen is the incredible support system. The leadership team and my colleagues have been nothing short of amazing. Their encouragement and willingness to listen have made every phase of my career transition seamless. It's a true team environment where everyone is eager to help, share ideas and work toward common goals. That sense of collaboration has made all the difference. Now, as an Assistant Manager, I have stepped into a more strategic role, overseeing not just the training programs but also mentoring my team to ensure that every trainee receives the best possible guidance. There’s nothing quite like seeing the direct impact of my efforts on the growth of the employees I work with it’s a constant reminder of why I love what I do. What I admire most about TekWissen is its drive for innovation and growth. We are always encouraged to think outside the box, push ourselves and find new ways to excel in this fast-paced industry. This mindset has helped me develop fresh, creative training approaches that keep us ahead of the curve. Looking ahead, I am excited to continue this incredible journey, contributing to the ongoing success of TekWissen and being part of a company that truly values growth, innovation and its people. |
