Hi Team! I’m Sripada Satya Rama Charan, and I currently serve as the Accounting Lead here at Tekwissen. My journey in the accounting field began as a Junior Accountant at my first company, where I primarily focused on paperwork and bookkeeping. Although I spent six months there, I quickly realized that I wasn't seeing the career growth I envisioned for myself in five years. The accounting department can be quite competitive, often creating an environment where individuals hesitate to share knowledge out of fear that their expertise will be overshadowed. However, I found an opportunity at my second company that allowed me to explore my skills over two years, which led me to join Tekwissen in 2018. This transition was pivotal, as it allowed me to fulfill my dream of working in the IT sector while honing my accounting abilities. I am sincerely grateful to Mr. Rajaram for his invaluable guidance, which has significantly contributed to my professional growth. Since joining Tekwissen, I have expanded my expertise to encompass all Indian accounting operations, including invoicing, vouchering, bookkeeping, auditing, payroll, statutory compliance, accounts receivables and payables, and vendor payments. This role has not only provided me with the technical knowledge I lacked in previous positions but has also instilled in me core values such as adaptability, accountability, and dedication. Today, I am proud to be in a position that allows me to lead and contribute to the financial health of our organization.
