Hello Team, I joined TekWissen shortly after earning my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Although I was eager to embark on my professional journey, I was also mindful of selecting a work environment that aligned with my values. I sought a workplace that fosters a positive culture, prioritizes diversity and inclusivity, and provides opportunities for growth. After researching and discussing with employees, I believed this company could fulfill my aspirations. Now, with over a year of experience here, I can confidently affirm that it encompasses all the qualities I was seeking. Upon joining the company, I was extremely grateful for the warm welcome I received. In my first two months, I had the opportunity to volunteer at the Humane Society alongside several colleagues from the corporate office. This experience allowed me to step out of my comfort zone, engage with employees from various departments, and contribute to the community simultaneously. It was a memorable experience that I will always cherish. Overall, this experience was not only fulfilling on a personal level but also solidified my sense of belonging within the company. My time at the company has significantly contributed to my development as a business professional and has enhanced my confidence in applying my accounting knowledge. One of the aspects I appreciate most about my role here is the continuous learning opportunities available to me. Whether it involves mastering a new Excel function, understanding a new tax regulation, or discovering more efficient methods to complete task, I am consistently grateful for the chance to expand my skills. I look forward to exploring the future opportunities that await me at the company. Outside of work, I like to crochet, travel, and complete sudoku puzzles. Recently, I crocheted a dress for my birthday. It was challenging because I didn’t follow any tutorials but I enjoyed the creative process. |
