Hello Team, I'm Purandhar Rayudu, and I've had the pleasure of working with many of you in various capacities, including as a Friend, Mentor, Process Trainer, and Assistant Manager. For those unfamiliar about what I do, I handle staffing for some of our best pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotech clients. In addition to recruitment, I've also served as a Process Trainer for 11 batches over 18 months. I joined TekWissen Group in 2019 as a Program Lead, bringing over nine years of international recruitment experience from companies like IBM, Atkins Global, and Pan Asia Group. Beyond my role in recruitment, I was committed to fostering the growth of new team members through mentorship and training, and I take pride in their achievements.
