As I reflect on my journey with Tekwissen, I am deeply grateful for the experiences that have shaped my career. I joined the company in November 2016 as a fresher in recruitment, eager to explore a new field after working in Business Development and Branch management across four different companies since my graduation in March 2014. Joining Tekwissen marked a significant turning point in my professional life. Over the past eight years, I have faced numerous challenges and celebrated many successes. The unwavering support from my mentors and colleagues has been invaluable. I want to express my gratitude to my first mentor at Tekwissen, Kalyan Suresh, who has been instrumental in my growth, his training and guidance provided me with the confidence to navigate various challenges was pivotal in my professional growth. Today, I am proud to serve as an Assistant Manager, leading a talented team of nine. I would like to thank Benny Joseph, my first team member, colleague, and brother, along with my dedicated teammates—Pavan Kalyan Enni, Sowjanya Soringala, Shivam Joga, and Sri Lekha Perla—who have all been instrumental in our shared success. Recently, I have welcomed a new team that transitioned to me just two weeks ago, which includes Kusuma Medasetti, Anisha Gaddam, Amritha Sharma, and Taruni Bevara. Together, we strive for excellence and continuously support each other to achieve our goals. I am truly thankful to Tekwissen for the opportunity and their belief in me. The company’s support has been a vital foundation for my career growth. My journey with Tekwissen has not only been about career advancement but also about transformation—learning, adapting, and striving for excellence.
