I joined TekWissen in early 2021 as a Recruiter and later transitioned to a Program Specialist, a position I've held since then. I love my workplace, which offers a hybrid schedule. During my time at TekWissen, I've learned a lot and received support from colleagues at all levels, including Venkat, Manish, Matt, Purandhar, and Julie. Everyone is always willing to help if you simply ask. I am excited about the direction this company is heading and look forward to continuing my career journey with TekWissen for many more years to come. On a personal note, I am a family man with two kids: my daughter is 14 years old and my son is 10 years old. When I transitioned to Program Specialist, I worked under Julie, who has been instrumental in teaching me how to communicate effectively with clients and candidates. Initially, my emails were quite straight forward, but with Julie's guidance, I began to add more content, allowing me to build closer relationships with my points of contact (POCs). One of my POCs even reached out to me directly for help finding a position for her husband. We also tackled issues with fake profiles by collaborating with my recruitment team to assure our clients that we were presenting only qualified and verified candidates. Additionally, I had the opportunity to attend a business lunch with my current supervisor, Dyan, and Manish to meet with one of our accounts. This meeting helped us strengthen our relationship and discuss how TekWissen can better support their needs. |
