I am immensely grateful to TekWissen for giving me the opportunity to join the team once again in 2024. Returning to TekWissen brings back fond memories of my tenure from 2014 to 2015, a period during which I gained invaluable experience and skills. TekWissen has always been a platform that supports growth and nurtures talent, and I am excited to contribute once more to this incredible organization. Over the past 18 years, I have accumulated extensive experience in the staffing industry, particularly in leading teams and managing MSP/VMS clients across various sectors, including IT, Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS), Banking Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI), Investment, Trading, Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, Pharma, IT, State, Federal, Engineering, and Telecom. My roles have ranged from Account Management, Client Servicing, and Recruitment Manager to Deputy Manager, and I have been fortunate to handle teams ranging from 10 to 40 recruiters specializing in both IT and Non-IT staffing, ensuring seamless client servicing and talent acquisition. I have mentored freshers and provided comprehensive training to develop their skills and confidence in identifying top talent. My expertise in various Application Tracking Systems and as well as industry-specific recruitment strategies. At TekWissen, I led a team of few members, recruiting top talent for major clients. My responsibilities included phone screening candidates, ensuring quality submissions, and managing the complete recruitment lifecycle. This experience laid a strong foundation for my career, and I look forward to applying my enhanced skills and knowledge in my current role. Outside of my professional life, I have a passion for traveling, which allows me to explore new cultures and broaden my perspective. I also enjoy watching movies, which provide a great way to relax and get inspired. Painting is another one of my hobbies, offering a creative outlet and a way to express my thoughts visually. Additionally, I am an avid cricket fan and enjoy playing/watching the sport whenever I get the chance, as it helps me stay active and fosters teamwork.
