I am Praveena and I have the pleasure of serving as the MIS Lead at TekWissen. Reflecting on my five-year journey with this amazing organization, I am filled with immense pride and gratitude. My 12 years of professional experience across various organizations, projects, departments and domains have been truly enriching. Starting as a Junior Recruiter at TekWissen was challenging, but Venkat Sir provided a pivotal opportunity to manage our internal ATS and VMS tools. The steep learning curve turned into a deep rewarding experience, fostering continuous growth. In my current role, I oversee the VMS tools and ATS, ensuring smooth internal processes. Training new hires and resolving user escalations are responsibilities I execute with great pride. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to my mentor, Venkat Swaroop, for his unwavering faith and invaluable guidance. Special thanks to Mr. Rajeev Senta, Sanjeev Santa and Manish Santa for their steadfast support and opportunities. Your visionary leadership inspires me daily.
