Joining TekWissen eight years ago was the start of an amazing journey for me. Back then, I was a young recruiter eager to learn, and TekWissen introduced me to the complex world of talent acquisition. With their support, I've grown tremendously. Starting as a Junior Program Coordinator and now leading programs as a Program Lead, each promotion reflects TekWissen’s confidence in me. Over the past eight years, I've experienced a mix of challenges and successes, which have influenced my personal and professional development alongside TekWissen’s journey. We've faced difficulties in our constantly changing market, but each hurdle has made us stronger. Alongside the tough times, there have been moments of happiness and numerous victories. We've built strong teams and celebrated the positive outcomes of every successful hire. Looking ahead, I am filled with confidence that this journey is far from over. Committed to our collective success, I am eager to continue our pursuit of excellence, embracing new learnings, and scaling new heights together.
