Hello everyone! I am Seema Dahal. I am an Internal Audit Coordinator in TekWissen® US Accounting team.It’s been almost three years since I joined the company. These three years in TekWissen® has been very fruitful. I have seen the company and the team grow. I eagerly anticipate more years of growth and success within the organization. Within US accounting team, under Monica’s supervision we have been able to develop streamlined work processes that significantly enhanced day-to-day accounting practices,effectively minimizing errors. Despite challenges, I found the experience both thrilling and rewarding particularly as I was part of it. I have a diverse education and work background. Before Joining TekWissen, I served as a Physics lecturer at both state university and community college. I have Master’s degree in Physics. My research during my master’s was focused on the application of physics in neuroscience. Transitioning from field of academia to accounting was a challenge but I guess my passion for numbers and adaptable nature proved invaluable enabling me to adapt to this role. Outside of my professional work, I love outdoor hiking, writing poems and experimenting with diverse cuisines in the kitchen. I find immense satisfaction in being an integral part of team TekWissen. I appreciate the company’s commitment to individual growth, culture of mutual support and work life balance.Without the support of the entire team and the flexibility at work, I wouldn’t have been able to excel at my work.
