Dear TekWissen Team, As I mark my first anniversary with TekWissen, I find myself humbled by the incredible journey I've embarked upon within this remarkable organization. It has been a year filled with growth, learning, and meaningful connections, and I am deeply grateful for the experiences and opportunity that have shaped my time here. Joining TekWissen in February 2023 as the Assistant Manager of Recruitment has been a pivotal moment in my career. From day one, I have been embraced by the warmth and support of my colleagues, who have made this company feel like a second home to me. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Venkat Swaroop, Deepak Meesara, and the (late) Sivaji P for their unwavering support and belief in my abilities. Their mentorship has empowered me to excel in my work and strive for excellence every day. At TekWissen, we are more than just colleagues – we are a cohesive team united by a common purpose. Together, we have embraced the values of ownership, responsibility, and purpose, which guide us in delivering exceptional service to our clients. I have had the privilege to work with challenging clients spanning various verticals/industries. Understanding their unique needs and challenges has allowed me to shape our team and processes accordingly. My responsibilities have included shaping up the team, aligning processes, identifying gaps, and filling those areas with innovative solutions.
