“I am thrilled to celebrate my four-year journey with TekWissen has been a truly enriching experience, filled with collaborative moments and shared achievements. In this dynamic role, I've had the privilege of overseeing a spectrum of IT responsibilities, from Servers, O365 Exchange, Networking, Licenses, Procurement, Vendor Management to Firewalls and cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS. Cybersecurity training and Shaping IT policies have been integral to ensuring a secure and efficient work environment to our organization With a decade of diverse industrial experience in the IT industry, I am excited to bring a wealth of knowledge to the table including roles started as a Technical Trainer, contributions to DR Reddy's Pharma (Network Engineer), NHAI Central Govt projects (Server Specialist) and the various Development and Recruitment firms as a Sr System Admin, Lead and IT Manager. What makes my work truly fulfilling is the opportunity to lead and collaborate with my fantastic IT team across multiple locations. I find immense joy in working with my colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous learning. It's not just about managing Systems & Network it's about investing in the growth of our incredible team members, upgrading their skills, and guiding them towards their successful career along with the organization's growth I often find myself thinking of TekWissen not just as a workplace but as my second home. Yes, during Covid pandemic we used staying and working together during those tough times allowed us to not only navigate professional responsibilities but also share our feelings and support each other personally. I am grateful for the opportunities for growth and learning that TekWissen has provided.
