Hello! I'm Dyan Cole, the Client Services Manager supporting the Service Delivery Team at TekWissen, and I've had the pleasure of being part of this dynamic company for almost a year. It has truly been an enjoyable experience. Beyond my professional role, there's more to me than meets the eye. I dedicate time to volunteering at the Atlanta Humane Society each month; animals hold a special place in my heart. Additionally, I serve as the co-chair for the Sheriff Spouses Support Group. To calm myself, I channel my creativity into making homemade candles in my kitchen. My journey with TekWissen started five years ago when I was a Program Manager for an account that TekWissen supported in a supplier capacity. During that time, I had the pleasure of getting to know Julie, Bill, and Manish through amusing stories that we still laugh about today. Fast forward to the present, where I leverage my experience to navigate relationships and challenges as I lead my team of Program Specialists. I live by the motto, "I don't run from the fire, but run into it," and TekWissen provides the perfect environment for daily practice.
