I'm Kiran Deepthi, currently serving as the Senior Manager at TekWissen, where I've dedicated over 9 years of my professional journey. Before this role, I accumulated valuable experiences at IBM Daksh for more than 4 years and at Sutherland for 2 years, contributing across various programs and departments. Upon initially joining TekWissen as a Human Resource Executive, I faced challenges, particularly in distinguishing between the roles of a Client and Vendor. There were moments of feeling overwhelmed, self-doubt, and concern about a potential departure from the organization due to perceived shortcomings. However, with persistent effort and dedication, I gradually adapted to the complexities of my role. Today, I take pride in executing my responsibilities proficiently and mentoring my team with confidence.
