Hello my fellow TekWissenites, my name is Rajanish Pandey.In my journey with TekWissen, I began as a Service Delivery Manager in March 2017, wearing multiple hats such as Account Specialist/Account Lead, Deputy Manager, and now, Client Partnership Manager. The 6+ years mark a significant milestone, reflecting a positive and rewarding journey built on trust, collaboration, and shared values. I admire the vision and commitment of leaders like Sanjeev Senta, Rajeev Senta, Manish Senta, and Bill Calhoun, which has been a consistent motivator. Their vision aligns with the core values that have made TekWissen a unique and rewarding workplace. These diverse roles, from a focused position to leadership responsibilities, have challenged me to grow both professionally and personally. A notable achievement is being recognized as one of the Top 100 Staffing Leaders in 2023 by the World Staffing Summit is a memory to cherish and it was only made possible by the immense support that I received from all my colleagues and well-wishers. I am also Thankful to my leadership team for their continued guidance and encouragement that has helped me grow in my role. Beyond the professional realm, the importance of work-life balance cannot be overstated. It's crucial to recognize that achievements are not only a result of dedication to work but also a harmonious integration of personal life. Family plays a pivotal role in providing the support and focus necessary to excel in our professional endeavors. I, for one, find great joy in being a dad, engaging in activities with my daughter, and sharing moments that build a strong father-daughter bond. I encourage each of you to not only celebrate your professional accomplishments but also to embrace what you love outside the workplace. Whether it's spending quality time with family, pursuing hobbies like dancing or playing badminton, or any other passion that brings joy, these moments contribute significantly to our overall well-being and, in turn, enhance our professional capabilities.
