Hello TekWissen family! I am Brad Thomas. I have been operating in a Sr. Account Manager capacity since February of 2023 with our incredible organization. It has truly been a blessing to work with such wonderful teams both in the U.S. and in India along with the clients, I support. A little about me….I have been working in the staffing industry for the better part of 15 years managing, growing and supporting a portfolio of client partnerships. I truly feel blessed to be a part of the TekWissen team for a myriad of reasons. What makes TekWissen so special to me you may ask? Organizational Culture plan and simple. I have had the opportunity to work for both very large and small organizations representing very different work cultures. The TekWissen family is by far the strongest, most unique, diverse and positive environment I have had the pleasure to be a part of. Positive organizational culture is so critically important for many reasons. Strong organizational culture can transform employees into advocates. Being a part of an organization that celebrates the wins and successes of its employees serves as a catalyst for employee success and productivity. The positive environment TekWissen enables drives me to work that much harder to be successful not only as an individual contributor but also more importantly as the company. A successful organizational culture brings together the people at your company and keeps them aligned. When your culture is clear, different perspectives can gather behind it with common purpose. The culture at TekWissen fosters expectations for how people behave and work together, and how well we function as a team. Organizational culture has a direct impact on performance and, more importantly, your employees’ wellbeing. A healthy culture addresses both of these areas by finding an appropriate balance based on company values. TekWissen and our leadership have found this balance and truly care about the mental/physical health of its valued team. As someone who has experienced both toxic and positive environments through my years of experience, there is no place I would rather be giving everything I have to help an organization thrive than TekWissen. It is something I hope to be blessed to do for years to come and will certainly utilize our organizational philosophies with me in other areas of my life. |
