I am a Mother, Wife, Daughter, and Sister and I’m a Business Professional Working Woman, that’s how most people would describe me. I too agree with them but I would call myself s Multi-tasker or Superwoman who handles all of this very well. I started my journey with TEKWISSEN in 2012 as a Human Resource Manager and juggled a few roles with HR. Now I am responsible for handling the Immigration Department of TekWissen for the United States, Canada, and Australia. I must admit that it has been an amazing journey and an experience of continuous learning for me which helped me grow professionally and personally. I am proud to be the First Woman Employee of TekWissen and now the proudest moment is that 60% of the workforce is Women in TekWissen with a safe environment. No doubt I’m a part of an Organization which is awarded The Best Workplace for Women. One of my goals at TekWissen is to create a structure and align a strong Immigration and HR department which will also help the future workforce to come. |
