My experience with TekWissen expands beyond my first day of employment. TekWissen was one of my favorite suppliers when I previously worked at an MSP. What stood out to me during my interactions with TekWissen from an MSP standpoint was how personable Manish had always been genuinely looked forward to meeting with him for lunches, and felt like he was someone I could trust. Now that I am a TekWissen employee, I can confirm the generosity extends from the inside. The positive culture translates to a positive work environment. The trust I have felt from leadership since day one has encouraged me to strive for excellence in my role as an Account Manager. The teams I manage include dedicated individuals who operate with an open mind, and collaborate well as a team. I am excited to grow my career with TekWissen, and build more relationships with my peers. I love motivating my teams, and advising how to be successful in each program. Building relationships internally, and with our clients feels empowering in my daily interactions. example would be when I recently completed a call with the new Sr. Program Manager at Agile One for NBC Universal. He shared how well we scored on the most recent scorecard, and that we had been promoted to Tier 1! It was so exciting sharing the positive news with the internal team so they understood how their dedication directly led to success. The NBC Universal internal team has reaped the benefits from our client through communication, and hard work. Overall, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here at TekWissen. The message from leadership has been consistent from day one. We care about each other. I cannot wait to find out what my future holds with this amazing company! |
