From New Beginnings to Five Years of Growth This August marks a special milestone as I completed five years with TekWissen. As an MBA graduate coming from an insurance marketing background, my journey into the recruitment industry was completely new and unexpected. I joined TekWissen in August 2021 during a challenging period following the COVID-19 pandemic. At that time, I had very little knowledge about the recruitment business. However, what started as a new opportunity soon became a rewarding career journey filled with learning, growth, and memorable experiences. Beginning my career as a Junior Program Coordinator and progressing to Program Coordinator, I have had the opportunity to work on the UK market, supporting niche and challenging skill requirements. Throughout this journey, the management's trust, guidance, and willingness to provide new opportunities have helped me develop both professionally and personally. One of the things I appreciate most about TekWissen is its positive work culture. Working alongside amazing colleagues, supportive leaders, and talented teams has made every challenge enjoyable and every success meaningful. The collaborative environment, learning opportunities, and encouragement from leadership have played a significant role in my growth over these five years. I am truly grateful to everyone who has been part of my journey and look forward to continuing to learn, contribute, and grow with TekWissen in the years ahead. |
