I feel truly grateful as I reflect on my six plus years journey with TekWissen. I joined the organization in February 2020 as a fresher in recruitment, and what started as my first professional opportunity has become a remarkable journey of learning, growth, challenges, and transformation. I sincerely thank my mentors Venkat Sir, Priyanka Mam, Sandhya Jogga, Sapna Mam, Michael Sir, and Manmadha Rao for their constant guidance, support, training, and encouragement. Their belief in me gave me the confidence to overcome challenges, take on new responsibilities, and grow both personally and professionally. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work on diverse recruitment requirements and strengthen my skills in talent acquisition, candidate evaluation, stakeholder management, client coordination, and relationship building. Every experience has taught me valuable lessons in adaptability, teamwork, communication, and perseverance.
