Working at TekWissen for the last five years has been an incredible journey. I started in 2021 as a Junior Program Coordinator, and through constant support, mentorship, and opportunities to learn, I was promoted to Program Coordinator and now Senior Program Coordinator. Reaching the five-year mark at TekWissen feels like a huge personal milestone, and I’m so grateful to work at a place where both the team and leadership consistently cheer you on and push you to grow. Looking back, these past five years have been an incredible ride filled with amazing teammates, supportive managers, and great leaders who have all taught me so much. Taking on different projects and facing unexpected hurdles along the way really helped me build my skills, boost my confidence, and become much better at solving problems and communicating effectively. What I love most about working here is the genuine spirit of teamwork and learning. The company truly trusts its people, gives them room to try new things, and celebrates every win together. None of this would have been possible without my colleagues, mentors, and friends who have guided me, laughed with me, and backed me up every single step of the way. I’m deeply thankful for everyone who has been a part of my journey so far, and I am truly grateful to be part of a company that recognizes hard work and helps its employees grow |
