I'm Abdeali, and I currently work as an Assistant Manager (AM) at TekWissen. I've been in the recruiting industry for over a decade, and despite the years, I still find the work just as exciting as when I first started. For me, recruiting is more than simply filling positions it's about connecting talented people with opportunities that can truly transform their careers while helping clients build exceptional teams. There's nothing more rewarding than finding that perfect match where everyone wins. I've had the privilege of being part of the TekWissen family for a little over three years, and it has been an incredibly enriching and rewarding journey. Working alongside such talented, supportive, and genuinely wonderful colleagues has made every challenge an opportunity to learn and grow. The collaborative culture and the relationships I've built here are what I value most. I enjoy unraveling complex job requirements, crafting strategic sourcing approaches, and tracking down those "needle in a haystack" candidates. You could say Boolean search strings have become one of my favorite puzzles to solve! Outside of work, I'm an avid reader and a lifelong learner. I'm a great admirer of Mark Twain and Sidney Sheldon, whose storytelling styles couldn't be more different, yet equally captivating. I also enjoy comedy films, classic country music, and diving into conversations about history, technology, and theology. I'm always curious to learn something new and believe that a good conversation is one of life's greatest pleasures. |
