Having successfully completed eight years and now stepping into my ninth year in 2023, I commenced my journey as a Technical Recruiter and have steadily risen to the role of Deputy Manager. These honors are catalysts that kindle my drive to remain informed and disseminate industry knowledge among peers. The organization serves as an incubator for personal education, champions novel concepts, and holds profound respect for every individual. Sincerely, this institution feels like kin. The triumvirate of brothers at the helm exhibit an authentic appreciation for people, characterized by their unassuming demeanor. Currently, I orchestrate recruitment endeavors, mentor burgeoning recruiters, and play an active role in the triumph of our recruitment initiatives. Incontestably, accolades have adorned my journey – Best Recruiter (2017), Best Team Lead (2019), Best Manager R&R (Quarters 1 & 2, 2021), Manager Category Award (2022), and the Certified Recruitment Analyst distinction (2018). The Ace of Initiative Award and Teamwork Rocks Award during the 10-Year Anniversary also underscore my achievements. My proclivity for exploration finds expression in travel, perusing podcasts and articles, and keeping abreast of the latest trends and technological advancements. In 2017, my mother's confrontation with stage 3 cancer saw an outpouring of extraordinary support from the organization. Rajeev Sir and Sanjeev Sir reached out personally, offering genuine concern on a daily basis. Their solicitude and the extended helping hand were profoundly heartening. My mother emerged victorious over the ailment, with the organization's steadfast support being an undeniable pillar throughout this trying phase. The compassion demonstrated by them remains etched in my heart. The transition from recruiter to manager has imbued me with a multifaceted skill set. The robust foundation and wisdom acquired from peers have been pivotal in my competitiveness. The organization's unwavering commitment to recognizing and rewarding contributions has invariably kindled a relentless pursuit of excellence.
