Hello folks! My name is Prabuddha Mohanty. I think I can safely say that I have been associated with TekWissen since Manish and I worked together back in 2012. Officially, I started working at TekWissen in 2020. And it has been a wonderful learning experience. I was stepping into the recruiting industry for the first time when I started here. I had to learn the ins and outs of the business in my role as a Program Specialist and have since moved on to my current role in Client Partnership. In my time here, I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse group of individuals who helped me learn the business by bringing different perspectives and individual experiences. This coming together of various teams towards the same goal fosters a great work culture. Open communication is encouraged, and new ideas are welcome; this promotes a better sense of self in the employee. It reflects the vision and values of the company, which is built on collaboration. It helps that there is a process and culture in place that allows you to build a solid foundation. I believe that our leadership team has the right mindset and approach, as they are constantly guiding us on the best path forward.
